Welcome to my website!
I started playing the violin as a child—or rather, I started learning to play. In the beginning, it was a bit of a struggle, and I recall some resistance toward my parents’ wishes. Looking back today, I am incredibly grateful that they didn’t give up on me, especially during those difficult times when I wanted to "hang the violin on the wall" for good.
The violin has now been my companion for over 20 years. During that time, I’ve moved through various stages—from playing in orchestras and chamber ensembles to my current journey as a solo performer.
While I now mostly walk a solo path, I still love collaborating with other artists, most frequently with pianist Peter Zbranek and guitarist/singer Martin Brečko. My music has allowed me to travel and perform at weddings and events across various European destinations, where I’ve had the privilege of helping create unforgettable memories. I am most at home playing pop music in various arrangements, as well as cinematic film scores.
However, my creative drive doesn’t end with music. Over time, I’ve found a beautiful balance between the bow and the clay. Together with my partner, we founded loft.7, where he roasts artisanal coffee and I craft handmade pottery in our studio. For me, music and ceramics complement each other perfectly—both are crafts that require a gentle touch, patience, and a search for beauty in the smallest details.
